Mr. Borchardt chaired the search committee for Gold Hill’s 2011 presidential search, a complicated system with two distinct colleges and service districts. Dr. Pulliams was the on-campus consultant for the search.

Mr. McCrary worked closely with Dr. Kinslow on the COM presidential search. The search culminated with the selection of Dr. Beth Lewis, the first female president in its 46-year history.

Gold Hill completed the Santa Fe search with the naming of Dr. Ana “Cha” Guzman as president. This was the second time Gold Hill had been invited to coordinate Santa Fe’s presidential search. The successful candidate in the 2006 search, Dr. Sheila Ortego, retired.

Dr. Leslie can address our firm from a number of positions: as chancellor, contracted with Gold Hill to conduct the searches tor the president for three of District’s colleges; as a candidate, he was the successful finalist in a Gold Hill search; as a Texas community college president, he was a colleague of Dr. Kinslow during his tenure as president of Austin Community College.

As board member at ACC, Dr. Mink was Dr. Kinslow’s supervisor. Two years ago Dr. Pulliam led the Austin committee and board to a successful search, culminating in the selection of Dr. Richard Rhodes.

Keith Coburn

Dr. Coburn served has served on the Lee College Board since 1986. He chaired the search committee during the presidential search two years ago, when Bob Barringer was the lead consultant. The Board had used another search firm previously, and Dr. Coburn can assess the differences in processes and style.
